Two New Jersey families were planning funerals recently.

In Monmouth County, a 15-year-old boy died after his e-bike collided with the rear of a stopped vehicle in Middletown. Just days later, another teenager riding an e-bike was killed after being struck by a UPS truck in Burlington County.
