Jeffrey B. Richter was born in New Jersey in 1988. He was admitted to both the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2014. He was also admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2014. Mr. Richter received his B.S., cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 2011 and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2014.
Mr. Richter was a recipient of the Chancellor’s Scholarship for all three years of attendance at Seton Hall. He joined The Epstein Law Firm in 2013 as a summer law clerk and continued on at the firm throughout his third and final year of law school. After graduating from law school, Mr. Richter joined the firm full-time in August 2014.
