After BJ’s roof collapse in Ocean, lawyers have questions

The good news from Ocean Township was the news everyone wanted to hear.

After part of the roof collapsed inside a BJ’s Wholesale Club during severe weather, all 27 people who had been inside the store made it out alive. Two people were briefly trapped but were able to free themselves, and rescue teams—including urban search-and-rescue personnel, K-9 units, and drones—searched the building to make sure no one remained inside.

That outcome is worth celebrating.
