Attorneys

Shannon Carroll was born in Teaneck, New Jersey, in 1983.  She was admitted to the New Jersey bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2008.  Ms. Carroll received her B.A., cum laude, from The College of New Jersey in 2005, and her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008.  After graduating from law school, she served as the law clerk to The Honorable Peter E. Doyne, A.J.S.C., from 2008-2009. 

Ms. Carroll is a court certified mediator, who has successfully mediated Small Claims and Special Civil Part disputes.

While in law school, Ms. Carroll served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Joseph S. Conte, J.S.C.  In addition, Ms. Carroll was a member of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.  Her comment, Golfing on Green Acres: Is the Acquisition of Golf Courses an Appropriate Means of Preserving Open Space in New Jersey?, 32 Seton Hall Legis. J. 211, was published in 2007.
