Domenica D. Hart was born in Englewood, New Jersey on April 3, 1977. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2005, as well as the New York bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Connecticut bar in 2006. Ms. Hart received her received B.A., summa cum laude, from St. Thomas Aquinas College in 1999 and her J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Ms. Hart gained international experience while working in Vienna, Austria at a leading large international law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Ms. Hart also served as an associate and editor of the International Law Review at Pace Law School; her law review article was published in the law review's Fall 2004 volume. After graduating from law school, Ms. Hart served as a law clerk to The Honorable Brian R. Martinotti, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen Vicinage, 2005-2006.

Mr. Hart is a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
